It is quite accurate. Samsung limits battery capacity below the advertised value to decrease wear. That's why even brand new phones/batteries show ~95% health on accubattery. Also keep in mind that accubattery can only estimate the health, there is no way to know the actual value since Android only reports it as good or bad.
